Hitachi Doubles Its Operations in Londonderry, NH

Hitachi Via Mechanics (USA), Inc., a Fortune 50 company, recently expanded from cramped quarters to an adjacent building owned and operated by the same property owner, more than doubling its space to support its operations.
INEX Properties, a Manchester based commercial real estate investment firm, owns the two buildings in Londonderry and assisted Hitachi with its expansion needs. “Hitachi has been a long-term tenant and we are pleased to offer them a much larger space in such close proximity to their original location,” said Mark A. Lacombe, Vice President, Real Estate Practice Leader of INEX.
Hitachi provides sales, service, engineering support, customer training and installation of printed wiring board (PWB) manufacturing systems and machine tools and holds close to 50% of the worldwide market.
